MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, and analytics.
• Ability to work second shift and be onsite 5 days a week.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Process Improvement for operations, Lean or Six Sigma training.
• Ability to be organized, and learn and apply that knowledge.
• Ability to be self directed and a great team player with a growth mindset.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills including failure root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Manage the performance of a small variable workforce team digitizing partner media and objects at the Ann Arbor scan center to ensure timely turnaround.
• Execute required prioritization of partner content through the various digitization processes at the Ann Arbor scan center.
• Streamline digitization operations, including developing and revising standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate on cross-site training development and process harmonization projects to document standardized best-practices for global operations.
• Support assigned program leads to meet quarterly deliverables, including taking responsibility for various sub-projects.
