This role will see you lead Transport’s Discrimination & Harassment Prevention Strategy, leveraging the Respect@Transport Program to uplift behaviours, embed preventative practices, and ensure compliance with legislative obligations.  You’ll develop evidence‑based programs, partner with senior leaders, and shape the organisation’s approach to reducing psychosocial hazards, bullying, discrimination and harassment across the workforce.You will drive new prevention approaches, strengthen leadership accountability, and build organisation‑wide capability in an environment that is complex, high‑impact, and evolving with emerging best practice and legislative reform.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.   About you   Your expertise in discrimination and harassment prevention, psychosocial risk reduction, and workplace culture transformation, formed across large, complex organisations, will see you navigate sensitive issues, deliver enterprise‑wide prevention programs, and embed effective, data‑driven strategies that lead to safer workplaces, consistent compliance, and measurable cultural uplift. You're recognised as a trusted advisor and strong communicator, skilled at influencing senior leaders, resolving complex issues, designing prevention frameworks, and delivering high‑impact training and outreach services.
