We would love for you to become a part of our family to help make our vision of Quenching the Thirst of Our Neighbors a reality!Summary The Manager, Distribution is responsible for managing all phases of the distribution operation and acts as the liaison between Distribution and Sales to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.Responsibilities Oversee all distribution operations including routing, delivery execution, and logistics planning. Lead, coach, and develop Distribution Supervisors and distribution associates. Establish distribution goals and monitor delivery KPIs and performance metrics. Partner with Dispatch to maintain and continuously improve route plans. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EEOC, company policies, and safety standards. Manage labor and operating expense budgets; review P&L and implement corrective actions. Oversee reporting, audits, and documentation for compliance and performance. Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet teams to ensure efficient, accurate deliveries. Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, training, and best practices. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.   EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of prior experience in operations, distribution, or supply chain leadership required. Experience managing supervisory-level employees preferred. Beverage industry or related industry experience strongly preferred. DOT knowledge required; CDL preferred.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 35–65 pounds and work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
