Lead, coach, and develop Distribution Supervisors and distribution associates. Establish distribution goals and monitor delivery KPIs and performance metrics. Partner with Dispatch to maintain and continuously improve route plans. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EEOC, company policies, and safety standards. Manage labor and operating expense budgets; review P&L and implement corrective actions. Oversee reporting, audits, and documentation for compliance and performance. Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet teams to ensure efficient, accurate deliveries. Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, training, and best practices. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of prior experience in operations, distribution, or supply chain leadership required. Experience managing supervisory-level employees preferred. Beverage industry or related industry experience strongly preferred. DOT knowledge required; CDL preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 35–65 pounds and work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
