Overview Manager Location: Drybar Perrysburg Position Overview The Manager owns the day-to-day performance of the shop, including team leadership, scheduling, hiring, and client experience. This is a hands-on, floor-based role responsible for building a reliable team, driving membership sales, and ensuring the shop runs efficiently and consistently at a high standard. Compensation $21/hour base pay Commission on memberships sold Schedule & Hours In-Shop Schedule: Tuesday: 1-7 PM Wednesday: 1-7 PM Thursday: 7-1 PM Friday: 7-1 PM Saturday: 8-2 PM Additional Hours (up to 5 hours/week): Allocated for administrative responsibilities including scheduling, hiring, team communication, and training These hours may be completed off-site as needed Total expected work week: up to 40 hours Key Responsibilities Team Leadership, Hiring & Training Hire, onboard, and train all front desk support staff Lead ongoing coaching and development of both front desk and stylists flow Set clear expectations for performance, behavior, and client interaction Address performance issues directly and consistently Scheduling Ownership Create and manage schedules for stylists and front desk support Ensure proper coverage based on demand and business needs Adjust schedules proactively to maximize productivity and client flow Operations Management Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Maintain brand standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels Client Experience Ensure a consistent, elevated client experience Step in on the floor to support team and service flow when needed Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally Sales & Performance Drive membership sales and overall revenue Coach team on client communication and conversion Track add-on services and memberships sold on a weekly basis Administrative Oversight Manage labor hours in alignment with business needs Maintain compliance with company policies Qualifications Proven ability to manage scheduling and team coverage effectively Experience hiring, training, and developing staff Strong sales mindset and accountability to performance Organized, direct, and solution-oriented Availability aligned with required schedule What Success Looks Like Schedules are tight, efficient, and fully staffed Front desk team is trained, confident, and consistent Membership sales are growing The shop runs smoothly without constant oversight Clients return because the experience is reliable every time
