Roles & Responsibilities

Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products. Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed. Analyze data to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Ensure promised date production and delivery of the materials to the customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) or related field. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Production planning work experience in PVC pipe or HDPE pipe manufacturing plant Strong understanding of PPC principles, including capacity planning, inventory management, material requirement planning, shop floor control, etc. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

·      Highly accomplished and results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in managing diverse aspects of logistics, procurement, and factory operations along with a proven track record in the strategic procurement of raw materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with quality standards

·      Profound working expertise in negotiating with suppliers and managing the procurement of raw materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards. Proficiency in overseeing the transmission of products for quality checks, maintaining high quality and compliance with industry standards

·      Adept at overseeing the transmission of goods for quality checks and playing a key role in the sourcing process. Skilled in hiring and managing casual labor, optimizing workforce efficiency. Demonstrates strong leadership in driving sales and service excellence, focusing on improving operational workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.

·      Deft in overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations. Good at defining and implementing forward-thinking procurement strategies, leveraging in-depth research and diverse resources

·      Familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite tools, Tally, and SAP (ICA); Conversant in developing and executing cost-saving strategies across procurement and logistics

·      Influential in pioneering the development of standardized practices for materials management and end-to-end supply chain planning. Known for excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all facets of logistics and factory management
