Job Description Manage and optimize the online assortment, ensuring availability of key SKUs aligned with business priorities. Define onsite merchandising strategy (boosting, ranking, category placements) and guide the technical team on implementation. Plan and coordinate online promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams. Liaise with Commercial and Category teams to align online pricing, offers, and product availability. Manage supplier partnerships by monetizing onsite placements such as banners, featured listings, and campaign spots. Identify and develop new digital income opportunities through supplier collaborations and sponsored visibility. Manage affiliate partners to drive incremental traffic and sales. Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to stock availability, pricing discrepancies, and product issues. Own and manage the e-commerce P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability. Analyse sales, conversion, and product performance data to identify growth opportunities. Provide strategic direction to technical teams for website updates, campaign pages, and merchandising improvements. Qualifications University degree (Master or Bachelor) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any Management Degree from a recognised University.
