Your responsibilities will include Work with key functional leaders to identify experiences and assignments for program participants that are tied to critical imperatives and priorities in the organization and provide a challenging and developmental experience; partner with Steering Committee to place program participants in roles Work closely with Steering Committee, HR and functional leadership to drive rigorous talent management of the MLDP program participant population through talent assessment process (including facilitating calibration), rotation planning, and performance management Design development curriculum for program participants that will equip talent with technical and people skills needed to accelerate their career; partner with People Leaders of program participants to ensure development plan follow through Design and deliver high-quality onboarding and orientation experiences for intern and full-time hires Build support structures for program participants, ensuring that MLDP participants are paired with sponsors and mentors to help drive development and connection; equip sponsors and mentors with the right tools to support the coaching and development of the MLDPs Collaborate with the Early Career Program Manager team to drive and deploy projects affiliated with the overall LDP/early career strategy, especially to drive consistency across the program experiences Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Program Management or Project Management Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management 5+ Years of Experience with leadership development, talent development, and/or early career programs Demonstrated passion for talent development and early career talent Strong program management, change management and organizational skills Ability to navigate global stakeholders and influence and manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong decision-making ability and initiative Assessment, recruitment, and interviewing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
