Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with the highest sustainability standards that is fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are as diverse as our jewelry: about 265 employees with over 40 nationalities give special moments to countless customers every day. By supplying the Pandora stores but also through direct contact with end customers. Via the online shop, we delight them with individual products, such as engravings and stylish gift packaging.

Responsibilities
  • Daily collaboration with our DCs, including long-term capacity planning and performance optimization.
  • Supporting commercial teams by driving operational improvements and fostering transparency across processes.
  • Preparing and analyzing key performance indicators, and sharing insights with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
  • Working closely with eCommerce sales teams across Europe to align logistics with market needs.
  • Collaborating with demand planning to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels at our eCom distribution centers.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy at DCs and executing internal control frameworks.
  • Coordinating promotional activities and supporting key sales events such as Black Friday and Christmas in close partnership with our DCs.
  • Leading initiatives to improve data transparency and analytics, contributing to our digital maturity journey.
  • Partnering with local, regional, and global teams to identify and implement continuous improvements.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all topics related to our fulfillment service provider
