Overview:
About You
The Manager of Education Solution Design and Activation is tasked with ensuring the success of both domestic and international education delivery projects, with a primary focus on the ASEAN region. This role involves close collaboration with executive and senior leaders to develop effective education solutions, oversee project implementation, enhance learning and teaching practices, and provide comprehensive student services.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis to identify stakeholders and their learning requirements, allowing for informed recommendations on suitable solutions. The manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to create tailored training initiatives that leverage CoVE’s product suite. Additionally, they will adapt existing products to enable flexible delivery formats, such as online and hybrid models.
Moreover, the manager will map the necessary architecture for delivering identified solutions, ensuring that all resources and system requirements are in place. They will evaluate operational readiness and financial risks while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact. Finally, the manager will apply best practices and innovative approaches to continually enhance and future-proof the solutions provided.
