Year over Year productivity through various lever .. ( Negotiation, Change of supplier and QVE) Supplier Performance. Support plant supply chain and quality team to monitor and improve the supplier delivery and quality peformance Purchasing Project management : Ensure project time line as per the schedule Work closely with global commodity and supplier quality team,to align the strategies. Monthly reporting and updation of purchasing tools.. Education: Engineering or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics engineering Job Related Experience: 8 years for diploma holder /Minimum 4 years for engineering graduates Business Understanding: Supplier Base, Should cost, Cost drivers and End of Life management Others: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from all cultures. Self motivated with an exceptional work ethic
