[http://computershare.com/flex] We give you a world of potential We have an exciting opportunity for an Entity, Governance and Compliance Manager, to join our team. In this role, you will be focused on the delivery of both Australian listed company governance and compliance and subsidiary compliance for entities registered in Australia and New Zealand, with critical time constraints. The role requires collaboration with the Global Entity Compliance and local Issuer Services teams and the Entity Solutions SaaS team.  Why is this role exciting? This role combines technical expertise with advisory capability to support listed and unlisted clients strengthen governance frameworks and maintain best-practice standards. Acting as a company secretarial advisor, you will play a key role in ASX and ASIC compliance, board support, and governance excellence. Some key responsibilities:  * Serve as a company secretary or governance adviser to a portfolio of clients, providing governance and compliance advice * Deliver governance advisory and managed service engagements, including IPO readiness, listing compliance, and ASX obligations * Prepare and review board and committee papers, minutes, and resolutions to ensure accuracy and compliance * Advise on corporate governance frameworks, policies, and disclosure requirements * Develop and maintain technical knowledge, tools, templates, and processes to enhance service consistency and quality * Establish, maintain, and grow strong client relationships to support retention and growth * Stay abreast of regulatory developments and market trends to continuously evolve our governance offering * Liaise with other teams within Computershare such as Issuer Services registry or share plans teams to provide clients with exceptional service * Extensive experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, or legal entity management in a advisory capacity * Strong technical knowledge of governance frameworks, entity management systems, legal matter management, and billing platforms to support efficient service delivery * Deep understanding of how governance services contribute to client success and business unit objectives * Qualified member or student at the Governance Institute of Australia is preferable * Additional certifications in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, or compliance will be highly regarded   What will you bring to the role? * Extensive experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, or legal entity management in a advisory capacity * Strong technical knowledge of governance frameworks, entity management systems, legal matter management, and billing platforms to support efficient service delivery * Deep understanding of how governance services contribute to client success and business unit objectives * Qualified member or student at the Governance Institute of Australia is preferable * Additional certifications in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, or compliance will be highly regarded   Rewards designed for you    Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.  Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.  Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you’ll receive a company contribution as well.    Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.  And more. Ours is a welcoming and close-knit community, with experienced colleagues ready to help you grow.
