EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

4 + years work experience in healthcare, information systems, or healthcare IT

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred.

• Serves as primary point person for IT manager/ Director for associated application teams
• Provides resource allocation/ assignment delegation to analyst staff
• Collaborates with IS&T and operational leadership to drive priorities and escalate/ resolve barriers and issues
• Manages analyst staff (Scheduling, Performance Assessment)
• Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficiencies
• Develops / documents procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks
• Serves as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors
• Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
• Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications
• Prepares details of specifications as needed
