Description
Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems, ensuring safety, performance and reliability. Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience. Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards. Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget. Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team's scope. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage. Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous. Leadership & People Development: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams. Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture. Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
