What kind of tasks?
As the Manager, Electromobility Systems you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers working on system design, power distribution solutions and battery control systems for commercial vehicle and off-highway industrial applications. You should manage project planning, budgeting and stakeholder communication across internal and external partners. Collaboration with product management and customer teams is essential to deliver tailored solutions for high-voltage powertrain systems. You should also oversee the full lifecycle of system development, including hardware, software and system integration, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (such as ISO 26262).
