Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for our Elite Mortgage Sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and company policies #LI-MM2 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, and UAE mortgage market regulations Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets Excellent leadership abilities, including team management, motivation, and coaching Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of UAE real estate trends and property valuation Relevant mortgage or financial certifications (e.g., Certified Mortgage Banker) preferred Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings or industry events as needed
