This role is ideal for a highly independent, fast‑moving self‑starter who thrives with a broad scope and a high level of ownership. This role requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency to deliver on Cabot’s mission, “To Create Magical Places”. Profile Overview You are a creative self‑starter with a keen eye for detail who is excited about working with both text and visuals—writing, editing, and communicating in the voice of Cabot. You bring strong email marketing experience, confidence in owning campaigns end‑to‑end, and a love for golf paired with an appreciation for luxury brand execution. Core Accountabilities * Own the execution of email marketing campaigns from concept to launch across multiple Cabot brands and properties * Write, edit, and proofread high‑quality marketing emails with meticulous attention to detail to ensure error‑free content * Own and manage the email marketing calendar, proactively coordinating timelines and keeping all key stakeholders informed and aligned on priorities and delivery  * Support strategic initiatives aimed at growing and engaging Cabot’s email database through thoughtful campaign planning and content development * Create engaging, elevated email content that reflects Cabot’s luxury brand voice * Develop attention‑grabbing subject lines and headlines to increase open rates and audience engagement * Create copy for automated and triggered email flows aligned with key initiatives * Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to develop concepts, align campaigns, and support overall marketing strategies * Assemble content and manage deployment for emails to Cabot databases and member audiences * Track, analyze, and report on email performance to optimize future campaigns and improve results Skills * Superior written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammatical accuracy * Proven ability to write compelling marketing copy with an elevated, luxury sensibility * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment * Resourceful, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven mindset * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a larger team * Proven capacity to manage multi‑stakeholder projects from concept through execution * Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot is a significant asset * Strong understanding of golf, including golf‑specific language and golf‑oriented communications is an asset Education and Experience * 4+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Communications * Experience working in fast‑paced environments and managing multiple priorities under pressure * Demonstrated success owning and executing email marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes * Familiarity and interest in the golf and hospitality industries is an asset
