Description
Prepare annual/quarterly regional business plans and manage the sales budget for the assigned region. Initiates and implements, in close cooperation with Regional Sales Account Managers country sales plans to implement the strategy and GTMM ensuring we achieve our targets and objectives. Manages this business based on figures/facts and KPI's which will be weekly/monthly reviewed with their team. If required, action (plans) will be implemented and weekly follow-up. Implements Value Selling and Challenger sales techniques as well as other RBS (sales growth related) tools within this team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Preferable Bachelor/master's degree in business administration or engineering Experience in the eT&M Industry Strong, multicultural people manager Consistent overachievement of quarterly/yearly sales personal (or team) targets. Experience in working for a public listed company / Fortune 500 Required primary excellent language skills (verbal and written):English, plus 1 additional primary European language Prioritizes quickly to focus on the critical few and drive action Willing and able to move out of their comfort zone and not afraid of standing alone Dedicated to use RBS tools and Core Value Drivers to design, manage and measure work Able to work with different management levels as well as internal as external. In daily work very well structured and strong “sales processes” driven to drive the team to double-digit growth figures.
