HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE Manager, Employee Engagement (25260590) The Human Resources Office is looking for an Employee Engagement/Relations professional to support the development of the university’s employee strategies. Responsibilities: * Assisting in the formulating of full-spectrum strategies for Employee Engagement, from corporate ESR and ED&I policies and initiatives to employee wellness programmes; * Overseeing employee recognition initiatives, events and communications; * Assisting in handling equal opportunity related complaints; and * Assisting in corporate HR Organisation Development projects. Requirements: * A recognised university degree, preferably in Human Resources, psychology, or Language; * At least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years as supervisor; * Preference would be given to those with Employee Engagement and/or Relations in sizable organisations, with a track record in successfully formulating strategies and managing initiatives; * A strong passion for employee engagement and employee relations management; and * Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview(s). The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
