The Manager leads functional projects, provides training to managers, and collaborates with teams to analyze business trends. Their contributions aim to enhance employee engagement and drive process improvements within the function. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations. Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement. Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies. Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations. Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function. Expected Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
