Description
Manager – Employee Relations is responsible for ensuring that the employees and students are paid accurately and on time in line with the terms and conditions of their employment agreements.  In addition s/he is responsible for implementation and running of the Qatari Nationals Pension Scheme and for the processing of schooling allowances and business related expenses. As custodian of the employee records, s/he will be responsible for ensuring the employee records are kept accurate and up to date. Incumbent is responsible for developing internal HR Audit methodology, implementing and reporting on outcomes. Responsibilities
The Manager of Employee Relations is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing the Qatari Nationals Pension Scheme, and overseeing employee records. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing internal HR audit methodologies and reporting on outcomes.
