Lead and manage high‑performing engineering teams responsible for the MineStar data and platform, with full ownership of end‑to‑end delivery. This role drives engineering excellence, scalable and resilient solution delivery, and strong collaboration across product, architecture, and business stakeholders to execute the MineStar roadmap while building agile, innovative, and high‑impact teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a high‑performing engineering team with full accountability for end‑to‑end design & delivery. Establish and scale best‑in‑class engineering practices and operational excellence, supported by product, engineering, and Scrum metrics. Work closely with Product Management and Business stakeholders to define priorities, drive the agenda, and deliver impactful products. Apply strong technical expertise to design and build robust processes and solutions supporting strategic initiatives. Partner with Architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with established architectural guidelines. Work with senior leadership to define and evolve the long‑term product and technology roadmap. Lead hiring efforts and build high‑performing, agile engineering teams. Engage closely with business owners and technical teams across India and global locations for requirements and delivery alignment. Act as a disruptive thinker who drives software innovation and continuous improvement. Skills Required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/MS); Computer Science preferred. 12+ years of relevant experience delivering highly resilient, highly scalable enterprise products. 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 10+ engineers. Proven experience building, mentoring, and sustaining high‑performing engineering teams. Strong stakeholder and program management capabilities. Extensive experience building services using Java, Apache Spark, Python and Cloud/ Kubernetes Platform. Demonstrated end‑to‑end ownership of at least one cloud‑based project; experience with extensible platforms and data pipelines is a plus. Strong background in engineering quality, CI/CD, best practices, and operational rigor. Expertise in engineering excellence, code quality, performance tuning, and operational stability. Deep understanding and execution of Non‑Functional Requirements (NFRs). Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, and code quality tools like Sonar. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and DevOps pipelines. Strong hands‑on development skills with the ability to prototype technical solutions when needed. High adaptability, a strong learning mindset, and a passion for driving change and innovation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
