As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible not only for delivering features end-to-end, but for guiding and enabling a team of engineers to build high-quality, scalable product capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, security and customer success. This is a hands-on leadership role blending people leadership, technical ownership, and execution excellence. What you will do: Serve as a servant leader for your engineering team by empowering engineers, supporting their growth, and creating conditions for success. Lead sprint execution, drive team rituals, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and thoughtful code review. Contribute hands-on to development and ship production code that delivers customer value. Partner with product and UX to refine requirements, clarify scope, and plan delivery. Remove blockers, proactively communicate risks, and ensure your team has what it needs to execute. Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement. Collaborate across CyberArk, including customer success, sales engineering, product management, and security, to ensure successful rollout and operation of your team’s features. #LI-HA1 #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers as a “servant leader”. The ability to communicate effectively to many audiences in many locations – be as good a listener as a speaker. Strong development background with projects that demonstrate depth. Our stack is MEAN, but we value strong software fundamentals over specific technologies. Ability to design and communicate technical architectures and drive them to implementation. Proven experience developing modern SaaS systems, including RESTful APIs, cloud deployment technologies, security considerations, service observability, and distributed systems concepts. Fluent in balancing fast execution with long-term maintainability and operational excellence. Natural bias toward ownership, clarity, and driving outcomes, not just output.
