LastPass is looking for an Engineering Manager: In this role, you will manage the team responsible for LastPass browser extension development, shaping the future of LastPass web clients. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead initiatives to improve LastPass web application quality, oversee team performance, and prioritize tasks aligned with strategic goals. You'll proactively identify improvement opportunities, manage project delivery and technical risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Understanding customer needs and advocating for real customer value will be central to your responsibilities.
