YOUR PROFILE
- Vocational qualification in a technical field or local equivalent education
- Min. 5 years of experience in a technical or electrical environment, involving direct customer contact
- Proven experience in team leadership (professional & disciplinary)
- Good knowledge of ITIL or equivalent process framework
- Skilled with large scale electrical power supply and climate control systems
- Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities:
Working for our Site Operations Team as Manager Engineering Operations (f/m/d) you will be taking a key function on our site in Frankfurt (Fechenheim), whose main task is the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team, consisting of Facility Engineers and Data Center Technicians. In addition to all personnel administrative issues, you will be involved in Site tours for customers, internal and external audits and ensure that all customer SLA’s are met.
