Description

Your responsibilities will include Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering. Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Project Engineering and Technical Design. Leadership: Proven People Management experience with direct reports. Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience with System Integration and Module or Component Release processes. Location: Ability to work from the Monterrey, Mexico office. Advanced Technical Execution: Proven experience in both developing and successfully executing complex technical projects. Systems Expertise: Deep experience with systems engineering, system integration, and system design. Project Management: Experience with technical project management and the use of Agile Methodology. Manufacturing Knowledge: Experience with basic manufacturing processes, such as injection molding and metal stamping, and working knowledge of tooling. Business Acumen: Experience interacting with Procurement teams and a strong understanding of technical coaching and mentoring. Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and technical reports, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
