ROLE PURPOSE
The Manager, Enterprise Architecture (EA), reports to the Director, Enterprise Architecture and will manage the Business Architecture (BA) and Enterprise Platforms & Technology (P&T) practices. EA’s Business Architecture practice and methods leverage the business vision, strategies and priorities to strategically guide organizational change investments across the enterprise. EA’s Platform & Technology practice and methods underpins business architecture and defines EA principles, standards, reference architectures and roadmap strategies. The AE will ensure alignment of technology platforms and solutions (digital, applications, products, services, security, data and infrastructure) to BJC’s business architecture capabilities, thus ensuring that BJC’s business strategic priorities and goals requiring technology solutions are achieved. The Manager is accountable for building out a high performing EA team and ensuring that IT and Department objectives & key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met or exceeded.
