What You’ll Do The Manager, Enterprise Analytics will partner with key internal stakeholders to support new and ongoing analytics initiatives. This role will be a leader of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The manager’s primary focus will be to lead a team of analysts supporting and advancing initiatives to deliver analytics for operational performance in collaboration with market operations, clinical, strategy, finance, and business development teams. In addition to managing and mentoring the team, this role will operate as a player-coach—directly contributing to complex analytics projects where strategic thinking, technical depth, and stakeholder alignment are critical. This role will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Analytics. The Day to Day Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts focused on delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. Manage team operations, including project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet timelines and deliver value. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, frame analytical questions, and design scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools that drive data literacy and actionability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. 4+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis or related. 4+ years’ experience analyzing medical claim data, lab data, EMR data and clinical data. 4+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint.
