Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members, ensuring development, performance, and alignment with ABC standards:

  • Coordinate and track Onboarding Project Manager responsibilities and progress.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and communicate changes to onboarding procedures.
  • Provide daily leadership, feedback, and support to achieve objectives.
  • Establish team member goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide career path guidance.
  • Facilitate communication between implementation managers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and adjust team performance to meet goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the Onboarding Project Plan to stay updated on recent and future projects.
  • Ensure team members have access to resources necessary to work effectively.
  • Lead teams in managing clients through the ABC Onboarding Process, assuming accountability for project resolution:
  • Resolve escalated onboarding client issues.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions, capture business and financial information, and document integration needs.
  • Supervise conversion activities, ensuring effective collaboration with internal ABC departments.
  • Provide project completion documentation for a seamless handoff to Customer Success.
  • Maintain expertise in client-facing software and systems to address issues and champion product enhancements.
  • Lead client discussions during region meetings and gatherings to enhance relationships.
  • Record expenses promptly and adhere to company expense policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
