Primary Purpose The Manager, OptymEdge Enterprise Operations executes enterprise-level initiatives and supports cross-functional alignment under the guidance of senior leaders. This role focuses on translating defined priorities into coordinated execution, supporting change efforts, and bringing structure to ambiguous problems. It is ideal for a high-potential generalist developing enterprise judgment and influence. The role contributes meaningfully to people development and operational excellence and will manage a team. Responsibilities Primary Focus People management, quality, delivery, coaching Execute and coordinate enterprise initiatives Build foundational enterprise operating skills Learn to influence across functions Key Responsibilities Support and lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects Translate defined priorities into execution plans Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and execution activities Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate appropriately Support change management, communication, and alignment efforts Contribute to process improvements and operational standards Support people development initiatives and enterprise programs 1.
