MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
  • 2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms
  • Occasional business travel may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value Based Care, is preferred
  • Strong executive presence
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need.
Responsibilities

The Manager on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, strategy development, and execution around total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Operations.
