  • Team & Process Builder: Skilled at setting up high-performing teams and scalable sales processes from scratch.
  • Coaching & Talent Development: Strong AE coaching, career growth, and hiring capabilities with a high-performance bar.
  • Sales Methodology & Execution: Fluent in MEDDICC, forecasting, pipeline management, and navigating complex deal cycles.
  • Executive & Regional Savvy: Confident with C-level stakeholders, experienced in the DACH market
