Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise & Engineering, the Manager, Enterprise Solutions provides strategic leadership and direction for AFSC’s enterprise and corporate product portfolios, ensuring that AFSC’s internal business systems, platforms, and applications deliver measurable business value and an exceptional team member experience. This role leads a team of Product Portfolio Managers and functional leads accountable for defining, prioritizing, and governing the roadmap of enterprise digital products and services across the following portfolios: ERP & Finance platforms, systems, and solutions People HRIS systems, platforms, and solutions Applications Services, SaaS, corporate solutions intake, stewardship and financial management Automation & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Service & Knowledge Management platforms, systems, and solutions The Leader ensures each product line evolves in alignment with AFSC’s Next Horizon Digital Strategy, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization. Working collaboratively with Development, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Security, and Operations leaders, this position champions agile product management, data-informed decision-making, and service excellence across AFSC’s enterprise systems landscape. As a senior product and people leader, you will gain broad exposure to enterprise systems, digital product management, automation, and strategic technology governance while working closely with business leaders and executive sponsors. You will play a critical role in shaping multi‑year product roadmaps, advancing product‑led delivery practices, and driving modernization and efficiency across core corporate platforms. With responsibility for team leadership, vendor partnerships, and enterprise governance, this role provides a strong foundation for expanding your leadership scope, deepening expertise in enterprise product strategy, and progressing into broader senior or executive technology leadership roles within AFSC. What will you be responsible for? Enterprise Product Leadership: Lead AFSC’s enterprise product portfolios (Finance, HRIS, RPA, Application Services, Service Management), setting clear product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmaps aligned to business and corporate priorities. Product Governance & Delivery: Govern and prioritize product backlogs, champion a product‑led delivery model, and collaborate across delivery teams to ensure stable, scalable, and value‑driven solutions. Performance & Optimization: Establish KPIs to measure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact, while advocating for automation, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement. People & Capability Leadership: Lead, develop, and engage a multidisciplinary team (8–12), fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Financial & Vendor Management: Oversee budgets for enhancements, licensing, and managed services, and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure performance, value, and innovation. Stakeholder & Governance Partnership: Partner with senior business and technology leaders, lead governance and steering forums, and represent enterprise solutions to ensure transparency, alignment, and risk-aware decision-making. What are we looking for from you? Strong leadership experience across multiple enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, RPA, ITSM). Proven ability to manage and modernize corporate systems that support Finance, People, and operational functions. Understanding of product management methodologies, agile frameworks, and application of lifecycle management. Expertise in automation and process optimization using RPA and workflow tools (UIPath, KoFax (Tungsten Automation), Blue Prism, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills. Strategic thinker capable of balancing operational stability with long-term transformation. Demonstrated ability to manage vendor contracts, budgets, and cross-functional project delivery. What else is in it for you? Proven experience leading ERP, HRIS, RPA, or ITSM portfolios. Certifications in Product Management, ITIL, ERP/HRIS platforms, or Project Management are considered an asset. Experience in financial services, government, or regulated industries preferred.
