JOB TITLE Entertainment Manager | MAF Entertainment | VOX Cinemas ROLE SUMMARY The role of the Entertainment Manager is to provide leadership, and operational direction to team members across MAF Entertainment assigned site/s. This role will ensure optimal customer experience is delivered consistently while protecting MAF Entertainment brands, guidelines, and monitoring business costs. ROLE PROFILE Operational Leadership & Compliance – Oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to MAF Entertainment SOPs, policies, and regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and compliance. Performance & Financial Management – Monitors budgets, revenue, and profitability (P&L, EBITDA, OPEX), ensuring financial targets are achieved through effective cost control and strategic planning. Customer Experience & Quality Control – Maintains a customer-centric environment, manages escalations, conducts root cause analysis, and ensures service excellence through continuous feedback (e.g., NPS scores). People Management & Development – Leads, mentors, and develops teams; drives a positive work culture, manages performance, succession planning, and delivers employee training and development programs. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – Promotes a culture of safety and security; ensures compliance with health, food safety, and crisis management standards through inspections and corrective actions. Audit, Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Coordinates internal and external audits, prepares site reports and business reviews, and ensures timely closure of findings while driving process improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration – Works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and align business goals with customer satisfaction. Strategic & Cultural Stewardship – Acts as a culture ambassador for MAF Entertainment, supporting company values, new site launches, and capital projects while embodying “happiness” and service excellence principles. REQUIREMENTS Experience & Industry Background – 6–8 years of operational experience, including at least 2 years in management roles within F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service. Education & Certifications – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with IOSH MS, NEBOSH, PIC 3, and crisis/emergency management training certifications. Strong Leadership & Communication – Demonstrates visionary leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. Customer-Centric Mindset – Deep understanding of customer needs and proven ability to drive superior customer experiences. Strategic & Analytical Skills – Strong financial, risk management, and legal acumen with the ability to implement effective strategies. Operational & Time Management Excellence – Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of performing in fast-paced environments.
