Environmental Advisory Manager We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our national Environmental Advisory team. You will be passionate about influencing how environmental advisory shapes outcomes that will deliver lasting value for clients, communities and future generations. You will - Lead a national Environmental Advisory business, setting strategic direction and aligning capability to market. Build a high-performing team across a geographically dispersed business. Bring proven experience into our technical client needs, regulatory change and market dynamics to shape strategy and strengthen our positioning and identify growth opportunities. Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity You’ll lead Beca’s Environmental Advisory business across New Zealand, bringing together teams in Environmental Advisory, Air Quality, Ecology, Land Contamination and Environmental Risk Management. This is a key leadership role within a strategically important part of Beca’s Community Shaping business, with responsibility for performance, delivery excellence and growth across a nationally dispersed team of 50+ specialists. Reporting to the Capability & Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with an established leadership team to align ways of working, strengthen market presence and contribute to leadership across the wider Community Shaping business. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, develop and mentor leaders, and ensure accountability while delivering commercial and financial results. This role will require domestic travel. You enjoy challenge, manage competing priorities well, and are confident making commercial and operational decisions.
