Your responsibilities You will lead and manage a team of engineers You will oversee project execution, ensuring timely, high-quality, and competitive engineering outputs. You will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning teams. You will drive continuous development of engineering practices You will build strong networks with global engineering to secure competent resources when workload demands. Expectations for you You have an M.Sc in Engineering and at least 10 years of engineering experience. You have team leading experience in global company You bring broad expertise in equipment engineering practices and understand our business models and ways of working. You have strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. You excel at prioritizing tasks under pressure You are willing to travel occasionally You have fluent written and verbal Finnish and English skills To succeed in this role You will succeed by combining deep engineering expertise with the ability to unify and optimize global engineering resources.
