REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE “O” level & SCI Certificates
  • At least 2 years in Business Development / Sales background.
  • Has worked in General Insurance company, that is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Oversee and manage agent engagement and recruitment activities, including organising engagement/training events, with support from rest of the Distribution team
  • Manage and track agent performance, including consolidating agreed sales target, action plans and feedback from engagement meetings between agents and Sales Managers
  • Actively manage agent recruitment pipeline, including working together with the Sales Managers to identify list of potential agents
  • Assist Sales Manager in engagement with individual agents, including recruitment and growing production of existing agents, to achieve overall sales target
  • Manage onboarding and training of new agents
  • Prepare annual/quarterly/campaign production reports for Chief Distribution Officer and Management
