Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects end-to-end, from contract award through design, procurement, fabrication, and site handover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track progress against milestones
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, procurement, factory, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals in line with project specifications
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims; ensure profitability targets are met
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients to resolve technical and commercial issues
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained throughout project execution
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews to meet delivery timelines
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management as needed
• Prepare progress reports, minutes of meetings, and project documentation for internal and client review

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in aluminium, façade, glazing, and architectural metal works, within the GCC
• Proven track record managing façade/glazing projects end-to-end within a contracting environment
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, doors & windows, and glazing systems
• Solid understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across design, procurement, and site teams
• Must hold a valid UAE/GCC driving license
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Architectural) or related field preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred
