Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager - Community Outreach to lead our initiatives aimed at engaging and empowering the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs that foster strong relationships with community members, NGOs, and other stakeholders. This role will focus on promoting the company’s social impact initiatives, enhancing community awareness of Qiddiya’s projects, and ensuring that the voice of the community is integrated into our developmental strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute community outreach programs that align with organizational objectives and contribute to social responsibility initiatives. Engage with community members and stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to Qiddiya’s projects. Coordinate and organize community events, workshops, and informational sessions to educate and involve the public in Qiddiya’s vision and activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with local NGOs, community leaders, and other relevant organizations to promote collaboration and support. Monitor and evaluate outreach efforts, using feedback and data to inform and improve future initiatives. Develop communication materials and platforms to keep the community informed about Qiddiya's projects, events, and opportunities for involvement. Represent Qiddiya at community meetings, forums, and events, advocating for community interests and concerns. Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or related roles. Strong understanding of community dynamics and the local socio-economic landscape. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating community programs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple initiatives concurrently. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being highly desirable. Commitment to social responsibility and community engagement principles.
