You will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure seamless event operations while managing resources effectively and maintaining our high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 10 years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale events and corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in events.

• Lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate functions to large-scale public events, ensuring they meet company objectives and guest expectations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Oversee the selection and management of event venues, ensuring they align with Qiddiya’s brand and image.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance through feedback and analytics to inform future events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and participants.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout event planning and execution.
• Manage a team of event coordinators and support staff, providing clear direction and support.
• Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future events.
