We work with our friends in journalism and public relations every day to update our comprehensive, APAC-wide information platform, publish breaking industry news and host tailored regional networking and educational events.
We’re looking for an ambitious Manager, Events & Sponsorship to join our PR Department in our Singapore Head Office. You’ll work with our PR, Events, Sales and Client Management teams to plan and deliver a successful program of events across the Southeast Asia and East Asia markets, as well as drive our event and content sponsorship efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, management and execution of Telum’s events program in South East Asia and East Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
  • Ensure our events are delivered on budget and meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sponsorship plan to meet revenue targets for Telum’s events.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, including terms, deliverables, and financial commitments.
  • Work with the PR and marketing teams to integrate sponsor requirements into event planning, promotion and execution.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team in the development of event materials and promotional content.
  • Support the Marketing team in developing content from each event that can be leveraged in our content marketing and used to secure both talent and sponsors for future events.
  • Support the PR team in developing and selling sponsored content, including editorial content, event promotion and podcasts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential speakers / panellists / trainers in both the media and PR sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of corporate contacts that are current / potential sponsors of events and content.
