The Meta SuperIntelligence Lab (MSL) is dedicated to developing AI-powered experiences for consumers, leveraging Meta's cutting-edge models. Meta is seeking a Business Lead for the Meta SuperIntelligence Lab organization. This role is crucial for facilitating and driving the success of the head of Products and Applied Research (PAR), their respective leadership team, and the broader MSL organization. Key responsibilities include comprehensive executive operations, strategic thought partnership, meeting preparation and management, project coordination, organizational engagement, alongside proactive stakeholder management and project oversight for emerging Meta SuperIntelligence Lab priorities. The candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational proficiency, proven experience in managing complex projects, experience communicating in writing to technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., executive briefs, strategic memos, presentations), and transition between providing strategic counsel and managing daily execution tasks. This individual must be a collaborative team member, prepared to operate effectively in a fast-paced professional environment with evolving priorities. Entrepreneurial acumen, proven ability to manage complex and sensitive information with agility, and a commitment to exercising discretion are desired. This role is designed for a strategic, execution-oriented operator who can support a fast-moving AI organization with focus, accountability, and scale. This full-time position is based at our office in Menlo Park, CA. Responsibilities Executive Support & Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted operational partner within the Office of MSL, acting as a force multiplier to drive operational excellence, strategic clarity, and organizational effectiveness Work across teams to prepare the leader for internal and external meetings and engagements; this includes providing high-level topics to cover, attendee backgrounds, recommendations, rationale, and risks for decisions needed, and other background information PAR Rhythms & Operations: Act as a central point of operational coordination and rhythms for the MSL organization, ensuring clear communication, effective information flow, and operational drumbeat towards executing on priorities. Organize, prioritize, and facilitate agendas for leadership meetings and help drive outcomes and follow-ups Cross-Functional Partnership and Influence: Build working relationships and facilitate collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and the admin team, to enable seamless execution, remove friction, and advance organizational objectives Strategic Execution and Leadership Support: Maintain a real-time understanding of the Office of MSL's highest-priority initiatives by participating in key forums, tracking progress against critical goals, and ensuring the leader is consistently equipped with clear insights, recommendations, and decision context. Scope, manage, execute, and/or track priority workstreams on behalf of leadership, and help build decision-making frameworks and processes Executive Communications and Deliverables: Draft and curate executive-level documents, agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements, and drive disciplined follow-through to ensure alignment and accountability Office Management Collaboration: Partner with Executive Admins on effective office management, including team engagements like staff meetings and off-sites, meeting preparation, scheduling coordination, and opportunities to improve operational practices Minimum Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive briefs and presentations, and synthesize information into a clear, cohesive narrative Proven track record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results Strong capacity for context-switching and connecting the dots across many different topics and the stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities under tight timelines, including meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up coordination 8+ years of proven experience in operations, business lead, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a similar role within a fast-paced and complex organization Experience building presentations in Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint, and building documents in Google Docs or equivalent tools Experience in providing support to C-Suite executives or senior leadership, including navigating company policies and procedures and aligning stakeholders at executive levels Experience handling highly confidential information while maintaining discretion Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience operating autonomously and efficiently to track key organizational priorities, identify efficiencies, and drive team alignment Experience working directly with leadership and stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside of an organization Bachelor's degree in a business or technically related field, or an MBA or an advanced degree Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience in handling highly confidential information while maintaining discretion $160,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
