WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the main point of contact for Managing Director & Managing Director level hiring in EFC segments across EMEA

  • Driving direct sourcing for active roles and continuously building pipelines of candidates for future opportunities through networking, Linked In research, exploring FTI people networks
  • Coaching hiring managers on the benefits of sourcing direct versus a preference to engage a known headhunter
  • Create a deep pipeline of executive talent in key markets to reduce time to hire of key roles
  • Building diverse pipelines and building knowledge of the diversity challenge in given markets to advise stakeholders
  • Influence candidate decisions through strong sell messaging and represent the strength of the FTI Brand to candidates
  • Partner with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
