Description
* Help leadership develop new and existing analytical work products including identifying project deliverables and timelines, defining the business problem, generating hypotheses, developing the analytic methodology, summarizing findings, compiling business recommendations and presenting findings to leadership team * Develop data visualizations and BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards (including self-service BI for non-technical colleagues) by leveraging software development life cycle for designing new analytical models, data marts, reports, and dashboards  * Collaborate 3+ Years of relevant work experience (Business Intelligence tools, Data Analysis) and Preferred Prior experience with Looker  * Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience required in looker * Play crucial role in implementing, improving, and maintaining Looker based solutions * Design and develop scalable turnkey ETL pipelines * Be responsible for maintaining security and data access models within Looker * Create data model for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for identified use case * Assist with design and build of scalable/reusable data models and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to support analysis and reporting on platforms like Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, performing routine maintenance, and address special requests  * Conduct appropriate testing of analytic solutions to ensure results are consistent with business requirements or defined needs
Responsibilities
Lead the development of BI dashboards and scalable ETL pipelines to solve business problems and provide strategic guidance on data practices. Manage a team of ETL engineers to ensure analytical work products align with business goals and security models.
