Description

Plan, direct, and oversee the daily operations of facility services, including cleaning, cafeteria, transportation, pest control, landscaping, and building maintenance. Develop and implement strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Manage contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure cost control and high service standards. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Oversee the coordination and scheduling of transportation services for employees and materials. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of facilities, promoting safe and healthy work environments. Manage pest control programs and landscaping activities to maintain an optimal physical environment. Supervise cafeteria operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and service efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement, sustainability initiatives, and resource optimization across all facility services. Prepare and present management reports on service performance, budget execution, and improvement projects. Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to facilities operations and supplier performance. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
