Responsibilities
  • The ongoing operation of the property as a central point of contact
  • The entire facility management processes in our property
  • Clear documentation and traceable work processes
  • Management of a budget of up to €100,000 per month
  • Continuous optimization and adaptation of the property to new requirements
  • The procurement and deployment planning of the required resources
  • The personnel planning and staff management of our facility assistants
  • The monitoring and coordination of subcontractors will be part of your area of responsibility
  • Compliance with legal regulations as well as occupational and operational safety
  • Service-oriented communication with the management team and authorities
  • The planning and preparation of maintenance and repair plans as well as ensuring compliance
  • Monitoring of statutory inspection deadlines and requirements as well as warranty, defect and damage management
  • The timely elimination of all defects that occur and their reporting to the authorities and institution
