Job Description We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager, Facility in our team. If you thrive on speed, love solving problems, and have an ownership mindset, this is the environment for you. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering infrastructural projects, personally involved in acquisitions and expansions, competent in managing asset health, adept at people management and comfortable in diving deep and getting things done. This role will be based in Islamabad and will report to the Network Development Manager. Responsibilities Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue identification and resolution, and performance KPIs for the local market Oversee building and facilities maintenance, asset management, and audits of 3rd-party maintenance contracts Manage the launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores, including site scouting, execution, and handover Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness Handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations Plan and manage repair and maintenance schedules; maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure cost-effective and prompt issue resolution Identify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses to meet operational requirements Negotiate leases and contracts for cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals Identify process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and adopt advancements in facility management Qualifications Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering would be preferred Must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate and facility management Previous experience within project management Technical experience relevant to equipment and installations in facilities is an advantage Proficient with Google Workplace Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Have a good understanding of store operations and logistics Have the structure to handle several tasks simultaneously You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Urdu and English
