Role Overview: This role is responsible for managing market relationships and the day to day Facultative Reinsurance business. The position focuses on securing existing placements, developing new facultative business, and delivering reinsurance solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver assignments focused on facultative reinsurance with well executed outcomes. Partner with teams to support new business opportunities and actively contribute to strategic growth. Support assigned projects and tasks, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives. Expand and strengthen network within the re/insurance to foster collaboration and business development. Communicate and negotiate effectively with reinsurers to secure optimal terms and support. Manage inquiries from clients and reinsurers, providing timely and accurate responses. Coordinate with reinsurers and brokers on claims submissions, and ensure timely and accurate settlements. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the industry. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems. Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
