About the Manager, Fellowship and Academy Programs:
Hi, I’m Kathleen, the Senior Manager, People Operations here at Venture for Canada (VFC). I’ll be leading the recruitment for this new opening. I’ve been with VFC since 2019 and have seen it grow from 9 to 30+ team members! We’ve got such a dedicated and hardworking team of amazing people and we’re excited to see it expand! Venture for Canada (VFC) is seeking a strategic, adaptable, and experienced program leader to oversee the delivery of the admissions operations, and applicant and stakeholder success of our Fellowship and Academy Programs. This individual will play a key role in driving performance across admissions, employer relations, and program operations, balancing the detail-oriented demands of execution with the maturity and polish needed to engage senior-level partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong professional presence, sound judgment, and experience managing high-performing programs – while also rolling up their sleeves to track data and manage stakeholder systems. You’ll represent VFC with external stakeholders, ensure program milestones are hit, and bring a lens of continuous improvement and a true growth mindset to everything that you do.
