QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of Marketing Experience in brand
  • Creative and strategic marketer - able to think outside the box and lead the team to do the same
  • Exceptional people leadership, professional ethical standards
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Strong presentation delivery skills; with the ability to present to large groups
  • Previous experience managing a team or having direct reports
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets
  • Multi-unit experience within a retail Franchise network, considered a nice to have
  • An undergraduate degree with a business, commerce or marketing focus
  • Advertising Certificate or Program would be considered a nice to have
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within Canada
Responsibilities
  • Grow profitable sales, guest counts and market share in Eastern Canada through marketing alignment with the regional business strategy
  • Support development and execution of the national marketing plan
  • Understands provincial nuances in Canada and able to identify opportunities and threats
  • Manage the Regional Owner Operator Marketing Forum structure, process, and communication planning. Contribute the same with the National Marketing Forum
  • Manage the regional agency relationship and performance
  • Approve regional creative from our Agency partners
