Description

Position Summary:
The Manager, Field Sales drives Empower’s mission by leading sales teams, building client relationships, and executing strategies to expand access to quality, affordable medications. This role fosters growth and innovation, directly impacting healthier, happier communities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets and enforces performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) requirements while providing regular training, coaching, and assessments to enhance team skills and share best practices.
  • Develops and executes strategic plans to grow compounded prescription volume by identifying key healthcare professionals and decision-makers, and reviews Field Sales performance to ensure high activity levels.
  • Collaborates with the Regional Inside Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, and leadership to align regional strategy, resolve customer issues, update pipelines, and support product forecasting.
  • Maintains KPI reports, dashboards, and bi-monthly reviews, while managing sales activity expenses to ensure efficiency.
  • Attends conferences and networks to enhance product knowledge, monitor market trends, identify marketing needs, and expand Empower’s market presence to drive revenue growth.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and client service skills with a proven ability to coach teams, exceed sales goals, and build strong relationships, along with adaptability, integrity, and strategic thinking to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, clinical treatments, and healthcare regulations, with proficiency in Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud), medical terminology, and project management, and the ability to travel frequently to field territories.
